He has led major housing programmes supporting the delivery of more than 3,500 homes and in excess of £200m in disposal receipts.
His career spans G15 housing associations, private developers and PLC housebuilders, giving him a practical understanding of how development opportunities are assessed, structured and transacted. That experience informs the advisory approach of Troy O’Rourke Partnerships today.
